Small Business

Virtual Assistant Hub – Offers articles and resources for both virtual assistants and clients, including an RFP Submission Center.

Vertical Response – e-mail marketing newsletters, online surveys, and direct mail campaigns. If your e-mail list is small, this service may be particularly practical for you; rather than charging a monthly fee, they charge by the number of e-mails you send.

Faxaway – send and receive faxes via e-mail; inbound faxes are free. There’s a small account maintenance charge of $1 per month.

FreeConference – free scheduled and on-demand teleconference service; also offer recording service.

VistaPrint – Most people seem to love them; a few claim to have had real problems with them, but I’ve used them for over two years and have been very happy with the quality and customer service. Pricing is excellent.
